INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: ROOFING
    This serves as a guide to a typical roofing installation.  Your project may vary depending upon the specific work contracted.

• You will receive a call from the front office to receive a start date for your project.

• If you have any valuables hanging on your walls, please take care to remove them as they may become unstable in the construction process.

• Remove existing shingles down to the plywood, inspect for rotted wood and replace at $3.00 per square foot, $4.00 per square foot for FRT (Fire Retardant Plywood).

• Furnish and install Drip edge at the perimeter to prevent water penetration.

• Install Ice and Water Shield at the starter course to prevent ice damming.

• Install 15lb felt paper.

• Install New shingles over felt paper.

• Install Ridge vent system from peak to peak on all ridges. Unless, not needed due to other attic ventilation system.

• Flash where necessary using non-corrosive flashing products.

• Replace all vent stack collars.

• Clean up and haul away all job related debris.
