You will receive a call from the front office to receive a start date for your project. 

If you have any valuables hanging on your walls, please take care to remove them as they may become unstable in the construction process. 

Remove existing shingles down to the plywood, inspect for rotted wood and replace at $3.00 a foot, $4.00 for FRT (Fire Retardant Plywood). 

Furnish and install F-5 1/2 drip edge at the perimeter to prevent water penetration. 

Install Ice and Water Shield at the starter course to prevent ice damming. 

Install 15lb felt paper. 

Install GAF shingles over felt paper. 

Install Ridge Vent II camouflage venting system from peak to peak on all ridges. 

Flash where necessary using non-corrosive flashing products. 

Replace all vent stack collars. 

Clean up and haul away all job related debris.
