At NOVA, performing to satisfy our clients' needs is a top priority. To maintain what is referred to at NOVA as a Gold Level Standard, we have implemented a Client Survey Program that invites customers to rate our overall performance. Each week, we review our rating to make sure that we are achieving - at least a 4.5 out of a possible 5 - the Gold Level. NOVA means to satisfy, which is why we also aspire to uphold the on-going goal of receiving NOT EVEN ONE letter of complaint via the Better Business Bureau.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support the following foundations and assemblies by way of financial and product donations; Victims of Katrina through The Red Cross and the Basket Brigade (whom provide toys to those children effected), the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Habitat for Humanity, Local War Hawks Sports, the Susie Kim Foundation and the Local Stars Softball Team. NOVA also donated materials used to construct various are Animal Shelters and participated with the Three Rivers Aluminum Corporation (TRACO) In the Solar Decathlons with a focus on building the most energy efficient home.
